Return Address Window Envelopes

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide 80,000 #10 window envelopes with a return address printed on the face. The envelopes must be constructed with an open side, side seams, and a fully gummed flap. The contractor must also provide a digital proof of the printed envelopes before production.
