Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) to provide technical assistance and expertise on model implementation of Help Me Grow for the Department of State Health Services and the six Help Me Grow Texas communities. The contract will provide services including course development, instructional, and training. The estimated historical spend for the same or similar services is $30,500.00.
• The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with the possibility of renewal or extension.
• The contractor will be required to provide services and related goods, and to perform deliverables as specified in the contract.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to ethics and conduct.
• The contractor will be required to submit a Form 1295, Certificate of Interested Parties, prior to contract award.
