The South Dakota Department of the Military is seeking an architectural/engineering firm to provide full design services for a full‑depth asphalt replacement, base‑layer correction, drainage improvements, and new striping of the POV parking lot at Building 450 in Rapid City. The scope covers site investigation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding support, and construction administration (future phase). The project’s construction budget is capped at $400 k, with the design package required no later than January 2027. Firms must submit a 20‑page Statement of Interest by August 25 2026, addressing nine weighted criteria.
