Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to supply fifteen double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54‑, 72‑, 96‑, 108‑inches) and matching gearboxes for two water‑treatment filter plants, along with full engineering design, shop drawings, certification, and comprehensive operation & maintenance documentation. The contract is for goods only; installation, field testing, and on‑site services are excluded and will be handled under a separate agreement. Bids must be sealed and submitted by 23 Sept 2026, with a virtual pre‑bid conference on 2 Sept 2026 and an optional on‑site visit on 10 Sept 2026 for measurements. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Supply of 15 double‑offset butterfly valves (various diameters) meeting AWWA C504/C516, NSF 61, and pressure class requirements.
• Provide AWWA‑approved gearboxes, full design packages, shop drawings, certification of compliance, and O&M manuals (hard‑copy & searchable PDF).
• Deliver FOB Destination to Lanier and Shoal Creek Filter Plants in Buford, GA, with freight prepaid and a detailed delivery schedule.
