Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to supply fifteen (15) double‑offset butterfly valves ranging from 54‑ to 108‑inch diameters, along with matching gearboxes, for its Lanier and Shoal Creek filter plants. The vendor must provide full engineering design, shop drawings, certification (AWWA, NSF 61), and comprehensive operation & maintenance manuals (hard‑copy and searchable PDF). Delivery is FOB Destination to the two plant sites, with freight prepaid, and the contract excludes installation, field testing, and on‑site services.
• Supply of 15 double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54", 72", 96", 108") and compatible AWWA‑approved gearboxes.
• Complete design package: drawings, calculations, material data sheets, and Manufacturer Certificate of Compliance.
• O&M deliverables: hard‑copy and PDF manuals, spare‑parts list, preventive‑maintenance schedule, and instructional data per project milestones.
• Mandatory submission of sealed bids by 23 Sept 2026 2:50 PM, with a pre‑bid virtual conference (2 Sept) and optional on‑site visit (10 Sept).
