Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to rehabilitate approximately 2,350 linear feet of large‑diameter (96‑ and 114‑inch) brick sewer pipe along Gilbert Avenue adjacent to the Hard Rock Casino in Cincinnati. The work includes cleaning, chemical grout sealing, installation of a cementitious geopolymer lining, removal or replacement of manholes, construction of a custom permanent manhole, and full restoration of disturbed streets, curbs, sidewalks, and landscape. The contractor must provide bypass pumping capacity of about 2,521 gpm, obtain required ODOT lane‑access and future MOT permits, and comply with MSD, OSHA, and Davis‑Bacon requirements. Funding is through state loan programs and includes a 5.4 % DBE participation goal.
