Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is seeking bids for Buccal Kits as described in the attachment 1A – Kit Specifications, Attachment 1B – Administrative Requirements, and Attachment 2 – Cost Worksheet. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor. The bidder must comply with all the requirements contained in the solicitation, including the general provisions and the terms and conditions. The bidder must also provide the required documents, including the Agreement Cover Letter, Cost Worksheet, Narrative Response, and other forms.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through Cal eProcure.
• The bid must include all the required documents and attachments.
• The bidder must comply with all the administrative requirements, including the Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (EPP) and the California Civil Rights Laws Certification.
• The bidder must also comply with the Darfur Contracting Act and the Iran Contracting Act.
• The bidder must notify the State if it intends to provide Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) as a deliverable or utilize GenAI to complete any deliverable.
