2026 PMP - Mill & Overlay and Concrete Curb Replacement - Eudora, KS

The City of Eudora is seeking a qualified contractor to perform extensive pavement rehabilitation and curb/sidewalk work as part of its 2026 Pavement Management Program. The scope includes mill‑and‑overlay of approximately 12,545 square yards of 2‑in. HMA, full‑depth patching, concrete pavement removal and replacement, curb & gutter removal & replacement, new concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, pavement markings, and traffic control. Work must follow KDOT specifications, include a 5 % bid bond, performance bond, insurance, and a two‑year warranty.
