Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a minimum of 1,600 to a maximum of 2,200 square feet of office space in the Port Arthur, TX area. The space should be located in a modern, quality building with a secure and lit parking area for government employees and vehicles. The lease term will be for 1 year with 4 one-year option periods, and the government reserves the right to terminate the lease at any time with 30 days' notice. The successful offeror will be required to provide full-service lease pricing, including utilities. Key requirements include:
