Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to replace an existing single-vault toilet building with a new precast concrete vault toilet building at the NCA Joe Skeen Campground recreation site. The contractor will be responsible for site preparation, installation, and removal of the existing building. The new building must match or exceed the size, materials, durability, and functional characteristics of the existing building. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Uniform Building Code, New Mexico State Statutes, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and materials for the project.
• The contractor must ensure that the new building is ADA compliant.
• The contractor must provide a paint touch-up kit and ensure that the building is properly installed and set up.
• The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing building in accordance with applicable regulations.
