Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking innovative commercial solutions for waste‑refuse disposal and incinerator operations at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The two‑step Closed Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) will evaluate brief white papers (Step 1) followed by full technical and price proposals (Step 2). The work includes on‑base incinerator assessment, repair, refurbishment or replacement, and off‑base waste collection, transport, and disposal services. Funding is anticipated for FY 2028 onward, with an estimated contract period of roughly five years.
