Roof Replacement

The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a roof replacement project at the St Louis, MO NDC facility. The project involves removing the existing roof system, inspecting and repairing the structural deck, and installing a new PVC roof system. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. The estimated cost of the work is between $5,500,000 and $6,800,000, and the project must be completed within 240 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. • The project includes removing and replacing roof drain assemblies, providing temporary interior protection, and performing lightning protection work. • The contractor must have the ability to obtain 100 percent performance and payment bonds for the project. • The successful offeror will be required to submit a Sub-Contracting Plan and Project Specific Safety Plan acceptable to the USPS Contracting Officer.
