The solicitation does not disclose the contract price. Based on typical demolition costs for a single‑family/commercial building in Kansas (including labor, equipment, disposal fees, back‑filling, and insurance), a reasonable estimate ranges from $50,000 for a smaller structure to $150,000 for a larger or more complex building with extensive utilities and site work.
