Texas A&M University is issuing a blanket “Master Order” to obtain ongoing metal‑fabrication supplies, equipment and labor for its College Station campus. Vendors will submit hourly rates for various welding and shop labor categories, a cost‑plus markup for materials, and agree to a one‑year warranty, F.O.B. destination shipping, and Net‑30 payment terms. The solicitation requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan, minimum insurance coverage, and a minimum one‑year warranty on all parts.
