Request For Information- Ammunition Bunker Expansion

The United States Secret Service is seeking information for the expansion of an ammunition bunker at the James J. Rowley Training Center. The project involves providing turn-key design and build services to furnish and construct new concrete reinforced pads and a 5,400 square foot Outdoor ATF SPEC Multiplex Magazine with heavy duty flooring, entry ramps, and awnings. The project also includes relocating two existing ARMAG Corporation branded Outdoor Explosive Storage Magazines and disassembling and reassembling a large metal shed. • The project requires turn-key services, including complete site preparation, engineering and design, concrete pads and foundations, power and communications, and lights. • The project involves the construction of a 5,400 square foot Multiplex Magazine. • The project requires the relocation of two existing Outdoor Explosive Storage Magazines. • The project requires the disassembly and reassembly of a large metal shed.
