DEMOLITION OF CONDEMNED PROPERTY

The Pulaski County Purchasing Department is seeking competitive sealed bids for the demolition of condemned property. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing the property according to the specifications and conditions provided. The bid must include all costs associated with the demolition, including labor, equipment, and materials. The contractor must also provide evidence of having and maintaining proper insurance, including worker's compensation, public liability, and property damage. • The bid must be submitted through the application, and any bids received by other means will be rejected. • The bid must be received by the Pulaski County Purchasing Department on or before the specified date and time. • The contractor must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and/or walkthrough on March 23, 2026. • The contractor must provide a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid if the bid exceeds $35,000. • The contractor must provide a performance bond equaling the total amount of the bid for any contract for the repair, alteration, or erection of any public building, public structure, or public improvement.
