Description
The Department of Human Services, Ebensburg Center is seeking a contractor to provide Miscellaneous Frozen Dietary Requirements for consumers located at 4501 Admiral Peary HWY, Ebensburg, PA 15931, for the months of July, August, and September 2026. The contractor must provide products that meet the specifications, pack sizes, and codes of the Acceptable brands listed in the specification sheet. Deliveries must be made in accordance with facility storage space allotments, and quantities may be adjusted at the request of the Dietary Director to meet the needs of consumers.

The award will be made by lowest price per line item or may be awarded based on the lowest overall price.
