Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price design‑build contractor to renovate Building 164, the Outdoor Recreation Center at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL. The contractor must provide complete design services and execute construction, including demolition, roof and envelope upgrades, doors, windows, interior fit‑out, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site improvements. The contract is structured in two base phases (design and construction) with an optional third phase for an outdoor gazebo. The work must be completed within 360 calendar days after award, and the contractor must furnish performance bonds within 10 days of award.
