Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Mine site reclamation projects of this scale typically range from several hundred thousand to a few million dollars, depending on site size, contamination level, and disposal requirements. Based on the listed scope (mobilization, demolition, lime treatment, revegetation, and disposal), a reasonable estimate would be roughly $0.5 million to $2 million. Factors influencing the range include the amount of material to be removed, the extent of soil treatment needed, and local labor/material costs in Virginia.
