The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) is issuing a Notice of Intent to Sole Source a contract for comprehensive software maintenance and technical support for the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Rauland Borg R5 Nurse Call System. The contractor will provide all software updates, 24/7/365 telephonic and onsite technical support for the Nurse Call Servers. The period of performance includes a base year and four option years.
