Description
The City of College Park is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform a complete roof replacement at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC). The goal is to ensure the facility remains structurally sound, weatherproof, and compliant with all applicable building codes and safety standards. The project includes site preparation, demolition, installation of a new roofing system, and final inspection and warranty. The contractor must meet minimum qualifications, including licensing and insurance, experience, certifications, financial stability, and references.
• Site preparation and protection of surrounding property
• Demolition and removal of existing roofing materials
• Installation of a new roofing system, including insulation, flashing, and drainage systems
• Implementation of OSHA-compliant safety measures and maintenance of a clean and secure job site
