Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Wavemark Inc for full service of Wavemark RFID Smart Cabinets for the VA San Francisco Health Care System. The contract includes software license maintenance and services for 32 Wavemark RFID Smart Cabinets and 18 Moment-of-Care Stations. The services include software maintenance, interface maintenance, monitoring of software, hardware maintenance, and support services.
• Software maintenance includes software upgrades, scheduled enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Interface maintenance includes remote monitoring, automated error alerts, and engagement with the IT team.
• Monitoring of software includes continuous automated monitoring, running unlimited reports, and troubleshooting.
• Hardware maintenance includes monitoring of smart cabinets and point of care stations, hardware support, and hardware system updates.
• Support services include support desk, global product database feed, product database maintenance, unlimited remote training, and account management.
