ADS Pipe

The Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, Department of Public Works is seeking bids for the purchase of ADS Brand Pipe, ADS Brand Couplers, ADS Brand Fittings, and other ADS Brand parts or accessories. The scope of work includes the provision of 6-inch through 48-inch ADS N-12 ST IB pipe for gravity-flow drainage applications. The pipe must meet specific requirements, including smooth interior and annular exterior corrugations, and must be joined using a bell and spigot joint meeting AASHTO M252, AASHTO M294, or ASTM F2306 standards. The successful bidder will be required to supply the pipe and fittings on a 48-hour notice and at no additional charge. • The bid prices must be per linear foot and per unit for all fittings specified. • The contract period is for one year, with the option to extend annually upon agreement by the successful bidder. • The successful bidder must comply with the Town's Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement. • The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town.
