Description
The State of Alabama is issuing a Quick Quote solicitation to acquire clocks for resale. Vendors will be expected to provide a range of clock models (e.g., wall, desk, and tower clocks), ensure that all units meet any applicable safety and labeling standards, and deliver the items to designated state facilities within the contract period. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with standard Alabama procurement terms governing payment, cancellation, and compliance.
• Supply of new, fully functional clocks suitable for resale to state agencies or the public.
• Must meet all applicable product safety, labeling, and warranty requirements.
• Delivery to state‑designated locations on or before the contract’s performance schedule, with electronic invoicing and payment via EFT/P‑card.
• Vendor must be registered in Alabama Buys, certify compliance with E‑Verify, and not be debarred or suspended.
