Addendum No. 3 to RFP 26-013

The City of Pawtucket is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, and install a public‑safety communications radio tower. The scope includes complete engineering design to R56 grounding standards, procurement and erection of the tower structure, installation of a 2‑ft parabolic microwave dish and an omnidirectional antenna, utility coordination, permitting, storm‑water management, and site grading. The contractor must also accommodate future tenant equipment, provide full survey and geotechnical investigations, and manage a $25,000 allowance for unforeseen conditions. • Full engineering design, permitting, and construction of a communications tower meeting R56 standards. • Fabrication, delivery, and erection of the tower plus installation of microwave dish and antenna, with wiring to a communications cabinet. • Responsibility for utility coordination, site grading, storm‑water controls, and future‑tenant capability; $25k contingency available.
