8th and Walnut "Plaza" Parking Structure Repair

The City of Columbia is seeking a contractor to furnish all required mobilization, materials, equipment, tools, and labor for service to include, but not limited to, prepping all surfaces, cleaning and painting metal stairs, pans, frames, and handrails throughout the 8th and Walnut “Plaza” Parking Garage. The project requires the contractor to complete the work within a specified timeframe and to comply with various regulations, including prevailing wage laws and occupational safety standards. The contractor must also provide performance and labor bonds, as well as proof of insurance.
