Development of Additional Payload Processing Capability on North Wallops Island at Wallops Flight Facility

NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility is conducting market research to assess interest from U.S. entities in developing additional high‑throughput payload‑processing capability on the north side of Wallops Island. The agency will retain ownership of approximately 15 acres of land and may lease parcels to qualified commercial or governmental partners to design, construct, operate, and maintain facilities that support mega‑constellation satellite missions. Respondents must submit a concise concept describing land use, infrastructure needs, operational profile, and relevant experience.
