The Forsyth County General Services is seeking bids for the renovation of restrooms at 3820 N. Liberty Street. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the project address. The project includes multiple restroom renovations, and the M/WBE subcontracting goals are 10% MBE and WBE cumulatively. Bidders must be properly licensed and provide a 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance & Payment Bonds.
