Notice of Intent to Enter into Negotiations for the operation and maintenance of WWII Veterans War Memorial Ice Skating Rink in Clove Lakes Park, Staten Island

The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a concessionaire to operate and maintain the WWII Veterans War Memorial Ice Skating Rink in Clove Lakes Park, Staten Island. The term of the concession is not to exceed 5 years, with two options to extend for one year each. The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ice skating rink, and will be required to provide capital investments, operating experience, and financial capability.
