The City of Manchester is seeking bids for the design‑build construction of a new skate park and associated Harvell Street improvements at Wolfe Park. The work includes concrete skate‑park features, new parking lot, sidewalks, curb ramps, storm‑water infrastructure, demolition of an existing building, utility upgrades, traffic‑calming measures, and site‑grading with potential contaminated‑soil handling. The contractor must engage one of two pre‑qualified skate‑park subcontractors and coordinate closely with the engineer and the design consultant (Noreaster Skateparks). The contract is a lump‑sum, 15‑month agreement with strict completion dates and liquidated‑damage penalties.
