Common Autonomous Multi-Domain Launcher (CAML) RFI – Weapon System Integrator

The Department of the Army is seeking information on potential sources that could provide the necessary technical skills, facilities, tooling, and personnel to serve as a Weapon System Integrator (WSI) for the Common Autonomous Multi-Domain Launcher (CAML) system. The WSI will conduct sub-system integration of separately procured autonomous mobility platforms and munitions pallets to build the CAML system. Key aspects of this opportunity include: • The CAML system is an autonomous/optionally crewed, highly mobile, air-transportable, multi-domain fires launcher. • The scope of this effort is to integrate and test a complete CAML system no later than 18 months from contract award. • Each CAML system will include an autonomous mobility platform, a munitions pallet and associated launcher electronics, a leader vehicle equipped with an autonomy leader kit for convoy operations, and a vehicle autonomy command and control (C2) system. • Interested parties are asked to submit a capability statement to showcase their relevant experience and capabilities. • The Government encourages non-traditional participation at both the prime and subcontractor level.
