Description
The Town of Blackstone is seeking bids for the 2026 Annual Road Construction project. The project includes hot mix asphalt milling and paving, reclamation and pulverization, sand and chip seal, full depth pavement and/or reconstruction, minor drainage structure repair, new curb and sidewalk construction and/or reconstruction, and incidental work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, and eligible bidder for each group (1 thru 8 respectively).
• The project is for the Town of Blackstone, Hopedale, Mendon, and Millville.
• The contract may be extended for up to 2 years after the initial award.
• All bid prices will be held until April 1, 2027.
• Electronic bids are required for eight specific categories of work to be assigned by the Town.
• Special provisions to MassDOT Standard Specs will be provided.
