Description
The Columbia County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor required for the construction of the LRA 2026 project (Bid #2026035‑BID3313). The scope includes general construction activities such as backfill, road grading, rock stabilization, paving, resurfacing, and striping of streets and parking facilities. Bidders must submit a bid bond (10 % of total bid) and, if awarded, provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract amount.
