Description
Spokane Public Schools is seeking pricing on assorted non-food consumable items for the District's Central Warehouse. The award will be on a line-by-line basis, and respondents may reply with pricing on any number of line items. The contract will be awarded to the responsible respondent(s) submitting the lowest responsive submittal.
Some key points to note include:
* The delivery location is the Central Warehouse at 2815 East Garland Avenue, Spokane, WA 99207.
* The delivery hours are 7:30 AM through 2:30 PM, and the warehouse will be closed on certain dates.
* Respondents must note that fuel or environmental surcharges are not to be invoiced as a separate line item.
* The products must be delivered as full cases in manufacturer's packaging and on pallets if case quantity totals ten or more.
* Samples must be delivered to the Central Warehouse, and the Contractor is responsible for all costs and arrangements to return samples if requested.
* The decision by Spokane Public Schools regarding the addition of products to future "Do Not Substitute" listings of approved brands shall be final.
