Budget estimate

$150,000 – $500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical senior‑grant home rehabilitation projects in Los Angeles County, total construction costs (labor, materials, equipment, permits, insurance) generally range from $150,000 for modest repairs to $500,000 for extensive structural and code‑upgrade work. Therefore, a reasonable budget estimate for the contractor would be between $150 K and $500 K, depending on the specific scope defined in Appendix B.
