Middle and High School Orientation and Transition Programs

Albuquerque Public Schools seeks a comprehensive, research‑based orientation and peer‑mentoring program to help students transition into middle school (6th grade) and high school (9th grade). The contractor will design curriculum, train staff and student leaders, provide implementation tools, and ensure the program can be scaled district‑wide and sustained beyond the contract term. • Design and deliver training for school staff and peer mentors on orientation and transition best practices. • Develop age‑appropriate curriculum and resource kits for both 6th‑grade and 9th‑grade entrants, aligned with APS social‑emotional learning goals. • Provide ongoing implementation support, tools, and evaluation metrics for a multi‑year, district‑wide rollout.
