The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to modify an existing contract with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to increase the contract ceiling by $100M. The purpose of this modification is to allow for the completion of all current task orders and prevent a delay in capability until a new contract is competitively awarded.
