Notice of Intent for Brand Name for Maintenance and Support for HUGS Patient Security System

The Defense Health Agency Healthcare Contracting Division Southeast (DHACA-HCD-SE) is issuing a Notice of Intent to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to execute a Brand Name contract for maintenance and support services to the HUGS Patient Security System. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform maintenance of the HUGS Patient Security System. The contractor shall provide technicians who are OEM certified and trained in accordance with the ASP requirements to perform maintenance and repairs to the HUGS Patient Security System. Key aspects of the job include: • Maintenance and support services for the HUGS Patient Security System • Repair services on an as-needed basis • Providing OEM certified technicians for maintenance and repairs • Ensuring uninterrupted services for patient care • Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies for the maintenance and support services.
