Description
Middle Georgia State University is looking for a supplier to provide a new 8KCAB Super Decathlon by American Champion Aircraft (Sole-Brand). The aircraft should have specific options and features, including a traditional panel with Garmin G3X and GTX 345 ADS-B Upgrade, engine hour meter with oil pressure switch, remote oil filter, composite floor, and a 2-blade Hartzell "Trailblazer" prop with polished spinner. The supplier will also provide two mini-softie emergency parachutes with specific specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible supplier meeting all specifications.
• The supplier must provide a complete and timely response to the eRFQ.
• The supplier must comply with all requirements and specifications outlined in the eRFQ.
• The supplier must provide the required documents and attachments.
• The supplier must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract.
• The supplier must be able to deliver the aircraft and parachutes within the specified timeframe.
