The United States Air Force is seeking a small‑business vendor to replace two 8‑ton Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units at the Mission Control Element 1211 (building 542) on Grand Forks Air Force Base, then provide one‑year of monthly preventive maintenance and emergency repair services, with four optional one‑year extensions and a possible six‑month extension. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price and 100 % set‑aside for SBA‑eligible firms. The award will be made only after funding becomes available.
• Replace and install two 8‑ton CRAC units, including all parts, labor, and integration with existing HVAC loops.
• Provide training, documentation, warranties, and monthly preventive maintenance for a base‑year plus optional extensions.
