Repair/Overhaul of Flat Panel Up Front Controller (FPUFC)

The Air Force seeks a qualified contractor to provide a five‑year firm‑fixed‑price repair service for the F‑15E Flat Panel Up‑Front Controller (FPUFC). The contractor must repair up to 100 units per contract year, meet strict turnaround times, and handle reporting, counterfeit‑parts prevention, and IUID marking in compliance with DFARS and CMMC Level 2 requirements. • Perform repair, testing, and packaging of FPUFC units (NSN 5895‑01‑530‑1899 FX). • Meet routine turnaround of 45 calendar days and accelerated 18‑day turnaround for MICAP/surge demands. • Submit daily CAV‑AF transaction reports, monthly status reports, and other CDRLs (IUID plan, Counterfeit Prevention Plan, etc.). • Provide a surge production plan and be able to scale up to +20 % of the best‑estimated quantity if required. • Operate under a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a $5.93 M ceiling, including a basic 12‑month period plus up to four 12‑month options and a 6‑month extension.
