Outside Counsel RFP

New York City Economic Development Corporation is seeking qualified law firms to serve as outside counsel for a complex real‑estate transaction that includes the sale or long‑term ground lease, redevelopment, relocation, and condominium conversion of a mixed‑use site slated for market‑rate, mixed‑income, and permanently affordable housing, as well as a new library. The firm will be evaluated on proposal quality, key staff experience in negotiating and drafting real‑estate agreements, experience with public‑sector entities, and fee structure.
