Description
The Idaho Division of Veterans Services is seeking quotations for up to two new height‑adjustable reclining bathtubs to replace existing units at the Idaho State Veterans Home in Pocatello. The supplier must provide fully‑burdened pricing, deliver the bathtubs FOB destination, unload, uncrate, remove dunnage, and place the units on‑site (installation is not required). The award will be based on the lowest total cost combined with the best delivery timeframe, and the agency may purchase only one unit if budget constraints dictate. All bids must be submitted through the state’s LUMA procurement portal and include the required exhibits (price sheet, signature page, and standard contract terms).
• Supply of one or two height‑adjustable reclining bathtubs meeting the technical specifications in Exhibit A.
• Fully‑burdened price (production, freight, unloading, placement) to be submitted on Exhibit B.
• Delivery and placement must be completed no later than May 30, 2026.
• Required insurance coverage includes $1 M CGL/Umbrella, $1 M commercial auto, and workers’ compensation with $500 k employer’s liability, plus State of Idaho as additional insured.
