North Horn Rapids Sewer Extension

The City of Richland is seeking bids for the North Horn Rapids Sewer Extension project. The project includes the construction of approximately 5,100 LF of 24” sewer main, 2,200 LF of 12” sewer main, and other related work. The project is estimated to cost between $3,660,000 and $4,235,000.
