Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking applications for special projects and programs associated with the NOAA Fisheries strategic plan and mission goals. The purpose of this notice is to request applications for extramural research, innovative projects, and sponsorships that address one or more of the following mission goal descriptions contained in the NOAA Fisheries 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. The goals include adapting to changing ocean conditions, managing fisheries for sustainability and economic competitiveness, safeguarding protected species, and propelling their recovery. Applicants may be institutions of higher education, nonprofits, commercial organizations, individuals, state, local, and Indian Tribal governments.
