Sex Offender Treatment Services

Mohave County is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver comprehensive sex offender treatment services for justice‑involved individuals under the supervision of the County Probation Department. The contractor must provide timely assessments, individualized and group counseling, case management, and required reporting, while also delivering annual in‑person training for probation officers and occasional expert consultation to the court. Services are to be offered across four geographic service sites (Kingman, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Strip) and may be delivered virtually or in‑person. Key requirements include: • Minimum 800 hours of direct clinical work with sex offenders and 200 hours of supervision within the past 36 months • Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in a behavioral science field and relevant licensure (AZ Behavioral Health or Psychology) • Use of evidence‑based treatment models (RNR, CBT, Good Lives) • Mandatory bi‑weekly progress reports and end‑of‑treatment MSI assessments • Provide at least two hours of annual training for probation staff • Submit all documentation electronically; proposals due Oct 29 2026, pre‑proposal conference Oct 7 2026.
