Description
The City of Colonial Heights is seeking bids for the installation of three flagpoles and uplighting within the Temple Avenue/I-95 Roundabout. The project includes the installation of two 24-foot flagpoles and one 30-foot flagpole, as well as uplighting for each flagpole and the necessary electrical conduit. The contractor will have 60 calendar days to complete the work after the notice to proceed has been issued.
• The project limits will be the roundabout at the Temple Avenue/I-95 interchange and the south side of Temple Avenue.
• The contractor must hire an independent material testing agency to perform quality control inspection services.
• The contractor must appoint a single designated representative responsible for the project.
• The contractor must provide a full-time project inspector to oversee the work of the contractor.
• The city will provide a project manager to administer the contract.
