DT-511C and DT-592D Hydrophones and Spare Parts

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a contractor to design, document, manufacture, test, package, and deliver DT-511C and DT-592D Hydrophones and spare parts. The contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) production contract for a period of five years. The contractor will be required to meet the performance requirements of the respective DT-511C and DT-592D hydrophone Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS). • The contract will include the manufacture, test, package, and delivery of first article and production Hydrophones. • The contractor will also be required to manufacture, test, package, and deliver DT-511C and DT-592D Hydrophone spare parts. • The Government's minimum guarantee is a quantity of two (2) DT-511C first-article units OR two (2) DT-592D first-article units OR four (4) hydrophone production units in any combination, of a total value of no more than $250,000.00. • The contract will be awarded based on initial proposals as a result of this solicitation.
