Lease of Property Located at 2806 N. 15th Street

The City of Tampa is seeking a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to lease a property located at 2806 N. 15th Street, Tampa, Florida. The selected proposer will utilize the space to provide recreational, educational, and accessory daycare programs for underserved residents. The lease term is for an initial 5 years with up to 3 options to renew for 5 years each. The proposer must demonstrate experience in providing similar services and have the financial means to assume all obligations of building rent, maintenance, renovations, and tenant improvements. • The property is approximately 19,050 square feet and is located in the Ybor City Historic Districts and within the East Tampa Community Redevelopment Area. • The proposer must comply with the City's Ethics Code and Florida Public Records Law. • The proposer must provide a detailed cost statement and itemize fees, expenses, and any optional costs separately. • The City reserves the right to reject any proposal and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process.
