Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a contractor to provide recreational site cleaning services at the Upper Green River and Warren Bridge Recreation Sites. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to perform cleaning and basic maintenance services. The period of performance is from May 15, 2026, to May 14, 2027, with four option years.
Key responsibilities include:
• Servicing recreation facilities, including vault toilets, fire rings, and picnic tables
• Ensuring the areas remain clean, safe, and usable for the public
• Providing all necessary labor, equipment, and supplies
• Complying with the basic contracting requirements, including active registration and compliance with Section 889 clauses
